Savedra Dive Center is managed by co-owner Karl H. Epp, an active diver since 1989. Karl, who is a PADI Master Instructor, SSI Advanced Instructor and CMAS ** Instructor, is diving and teaching scuba diving in the Philippines since 1991. With an educational background in trade and commerce and some computer skills he is responsible for business administrations and the websites, and thus often found, to his disdain, in the office... That's not hindering the former paratrooper to take every opportunity to grab a tank and just go for a dive.

Manfred F. Langer, a former military diver, has been actively involved in teaching scuba diving as an instructor since the late 70's. He gathered experience as a scuba instructor in Germany, Kenia, Florida, California, Hawaii and the Maldives before he came to the Philippines, where he got stuck in 1982 (see what diving can do to you?). Next to be president of Seven Seas Aquanauts he manages two dive centers in Mactan: Kontiki Divers at Club Kontiki Resort and 7 Seas Aquanauts at Plantation Bay Resort & Spa. Since Kontiki Divers is the center for technical diving in Cebu, our technical dive courses are mainly conducted there. Manfred is also one of the most experienced Instructor Trainer in South East Asia.
