Technical Diving with Toyo in Cebu

Toyo is one of the highest qualified technical instructors you can find in Asia, or for that matter, in the whole world. Twice yearly he holds IANTD Trainer Courses in Cebu.

Toyo is an active scuba diving instructor since 1985 and based in Tokyo, Japan. He supervised a resort diving operation in Guam 1989 and after 1 year, started his own dive shop in Yokosuka, Japan. In the following years his students included U.S. and Japanese Marine Special Forces as well as the Japanese Cost Guard, Fire Department, Police Department and Self Defense Forces. Even the movie and film industry sought his expertise for some of their underwater movie projects.

Toyo joined IANTD Japan 1996 as Vice President and Training Director. He was taught by no other than the legends of Technical Diving, including Dick Rutkowski, founder of IANTD, Tom Mount (also called "Mr Deep"), former CEO of IANTD and NAS/CDS, Billy Dean, former Vice President of IANTD HQ, and Joe Dituli, Training Director of IANTD HQ, also supervisor of U.S. Navy Special Dive Operations.

He loves to explore the caves and deep wrecks in Florida and the Keys, he loves diving in the Bikini Atoll, Micronesia , Hawaii , and the Maldives and most of all, the beautiful dive spots in the Philippines ! Her ein Cebu he has his second home, since amazing drop-offs to hundreds of meters are just a step away from shore. For deep dive he prefers the dive spots in Mactan and Moalboal.
