Payment Options for Scuba Diving, Accommodation and Transfers

We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. Prices are generally in Philippines Pesos (PHP). For payment in other currencies, several payment options are available. International currency exchange rates are determined based on market values on the day of the transaction in Cebu City.

Cash: If you want to do us a big favor, please bring cash Peso, US$, HK$, Yen or Euro.

ATM: Even though there are some ATM machines in Moalboal town, these machine are sometimes out of cash or are defective.

Credit Card: Generally we accept VISA, Master Cards for scuba diving activities, but not for room charges of our affiliated beach resorts. Please be aware that processing credit card payments is sometimes difficult or not possible for several hours due to poor phone lines.

Online Banking: Many divers prefer to pay in advance to our bank accounts in the Philippines or Europe shortly before arrival here in the Philippines.

  • European Divers, we have an Euro account in Germany, most can transfer here without any fees and the funds are received instantly
  • Filipino Divers, we prefer GCash or cash.
  • Everywhere else, ask us for the best way to make a bank to bank transfer with low fees and competitive rates

Paypal: Paying with Paypal is another option. If you purchase dive and room packages through us, you can pay your accommodation and transfers together with your dive bills in one of our dive centers.

Dive Safaris: Special payment conditions apply for dive safaris, please ask us for more information.

About Moalboal Marine Park Fees: The Moalboal Local Government established a Marine Park Entrance Fee for marine protection purposes. Tickets are purchased for a fee of 100 Pesos (about 2$) per dive and will be charged on top of your dive fee.

Fun Dives

24 hour cancellation notice full refund
No show, 50% refund

Courses

Refund given for PADI training course modules that were not completed
No refunds for completed modules
PADI course materials like e-learnings have to be charged and stay in the possession of student
PADI referral is given for successfully completed modules so student can complete training at another facility

For Dive Safaris

Up to 60 days before departure: full refund
59-31 days prior to departure, 20% is forfeited.
If within 30-14 days, 50% is forfeited.
If 14 days before departure, no refund is available

Accommodation

Tipolo

Cancellation Policy:
Guests can cancel their reservation without penalty up to 30 days before their scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within 29 – 14 days of the arrival date will result in a penalty fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will result in a penalty fee equivalent to the total booking amount.
No-Show Policy:
Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be charged for the full reservation amount.

Marcosas

Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure
to arrive on the check in date at the Resort will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be
given.

Transfers

24 hour cancellation notice full refund. Under 24 hours no refund.
