Congratulations to Savedra’s own Tomaž Jereb for breaking the Slovenian record in static apnea breath-hold! He managed to do 8:22 today in the Kasai Resort in Moalboal – what an achievement. This places him solidly in the world elite of apnea. Such breath-holds push the human respiratory system to its extreme! Such a record is the result of years of training and dedication and the use of enormous willpower. Tomaž‘s training best is actually closer to 9 (!) minutes, so stay tuned for future records.
