Rare individuals who are willing to challenge their limitations and give it a try are joining the training and usually impress themselves with what they achieve in a short time, breaking through barriers which were recently cemented in their mind.
When a student shows an interest and is willing to be lead through some methods we teach, than a success is almost guaranteed.
It gives me a great deal of pleasure to watch as students realize their mind, not their body, is in the driving seat. Our latest 3 students who joined level 1 course showed a great dedication to learn freediving. All came from a scuba background which does give them an advantage.

Naturally with 3 divers in the room some competitiveness did manifest, but it turned out to be very healthy and advantageous, a very supportive environment where everyone pushed the others to succeed.
The Pure Apnea Level 1 (beginner course) opened new doors for them, they all joined the Level 2 (advanced course) where they took their journey even further, deeper into the sea and themselves.

These courses (and freediving as a whole) are not just about numbers and chasing glory, they are a learning experience and challenge for all involved. Students leave as freedivers and achieve personal goals, instructors validate their own teaching methods through their students success, it’s a very positive experience for everyone.
Drop us a line and let us know what your goals are, we can put a training package together to get you there. We teach all day everyday in the picturesque town of Moalboal, come and join us.
